This Privacy Policy explains how HumanAI Technologies PTE. LTD (UEN 202221894D), a company incorporated in Singapore ("HumanAI Technologies", "Cosmo", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal data in connection with Cosmo, our AI-assisted video editing platform (the "Service").
Since Cosmo accounts are provisioned by an administrator rather than self-registered, we collect the username, and, where provided, the name and email address associated with your account.
We collect the footage, reference images/clips, edit decisions, prompts, and chat messages you submit to Cosmo's AI editing agent, along with the renders, subtitles, and voiceover Cosmo generates in response.
We collect data about your interactions with the Service - pages viewed, features used, and session activity - including through our product analytics and session replay tooling (see Section 4).
We automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and server-side request and error logs, needed to operate and secure the Service.
If you contact us for support, we collect the contents of that communication along with your name and email address.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models.
Cosmo is self-hosted on infrastructure we operate directly, secured over a private network (Tailscale). We share limited personal data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Service:

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure, debug, and improve the Service), and consent (where required, such as certain analytics). We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics identifiers (via PostHog) to understand how the Service is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including private-network access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cosmo's infrastructure is operated by us; certain third-party processors listed in Section 4 may process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps required under applicable law, including the safeguards described in our Data Processing Agreement.
We retain personal data and Your Content for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and, where appropriate, additional notice will be given.
